PROBLEM: The Marketplace site was underutilized and difficult to navigate.
PROCESS:

Conducted internal and customer interviews to understand the problem areas and need.

Worked with product owners and team to define requirements that met the user's needs, primarily focused on usability and improved navigation.

Translated the business and user requirements into a design with intuitive navigation and an easy to use product catalog.

Created a hi-fidelity prototype that provided the development team with detailed UI specifications.

Used the prototype to conduct customer feedback interviews on the proposed design.
OUTCOME: On release, the usage of the site increased by over 300% and continued to grow substantially over time.
